VaJuventate Health & Wellness is a mobile service. All treatments are done in the comfort of your home. However, we have partnered with a local day spa that will host your treatment should you not be able to have your treatment at home.
We are very flexible with our hours of services. We will work with your schedule, subject to availability.
The amount of steaming will vary from person to person depending on the needs and/or the ailment that is being treated. A consultation will be held with our Yoni Practitioner before any treatment begins and at that time a determination will be made on how often you should steam to achieve the desired result.
No. We understand that everyone’s tolerance level to heat differs therefore we test the steaming with the client before every treatment so that you are comfortable with the temperature beforehand.
At the initial consultation you will get a chance to meet our Yoni Practitioner or Yoni Technician before any steam treatments begin who will explain the treatment to you. At that time, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
There is absolutely NO exposure of your lower body any time during or after a treatment. There is NO physical contact of the lower body.
If you are aware of what herbs you are allergic to, please let our Yoni Practitioner know at the consultation. We will mix a blend for your needs using an alternative herb.
If you are unsure if you are allergic to any herbs, please let your Yoni Practitioner know. One rule of thumb is, if you cannot drink or eat it because you allergic, then we will not use it in treatments.
Yes, as Yoni Steaming has been around for centuries and has been practiced by teen girls as soon as they enter “womanhood”. Reportedly teen girls have experienced easing menstrual cramps and moodiness during their cycle.
At the initial consultation we will meet with the teen and the parents and make sure that both the parents and teen are comfortable with the treatment. A consent form must be signed before treatments begin.
Congratulations! You could begin steaming no sooner than six weeks after giving birth. However, if you experienced any complications during child birth, we recommend a three-month waiting period. Also, if you are breast-feeding, please let us know as that will determine the herb combination best suited for you.
Please note that steaming also assist with healing C-sections as well.
At Va Juvenate we believe in a holistic approach of healing the mind, body and spirit. We do stress that our services do not supersede or replace any medical advice or medical treatment received by or from your general physician, specialist or OB-GYN. Our services are merely holistic alternatives that we have confidence in to promote health and wellness naturally.
If you are being treated by your physician for an illness, we recommend that you DO NOT steam. We do not want to thwart any medications or treatments that are being provided for by your doctor.
